4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed for service fulfillment
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed time frame
  • Maintain their own legal policies (Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.) for websites we build on their behalf

Failure to cooperate may delay or impact project timelines.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Full or partial payments must be made before services begin, as indicated on your invoice.
  • Service descriptions, pricing, and scope are clearly outlined in your invoice, which serves as the official agreement.
  • In case of disputes, contact info@vanguardmediacreations.com within 7 days of receiving deliverables.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All custom work created by Vanguard Media Creations remains the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
  • After payment, ownership of finalized and approved designs, websites, or deliverables transfers to the client.
  • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We may use or recommend third-party services (e.g., web hosts, payment gateways, plugins). We are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for maintaining subscriptions, renewals, and compliance with those services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service or access to our platforms at our sole discretion if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payment is not received
  • There is abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our team

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VMCreations Digital Marketing Services Co. is not liable for:

  • Losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services
  • Technical errors or downtime related to websites or platforms
  • Indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or data

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved through email-based communication first. If unresolved, matters will be escalated to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
